Cross-Play Not Working in Online Friendlies (PC & Xbox Series X)

Hello,

I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with cross-play functionality in EA SPORTS FC 25, specifically in the Seasons Online Friendlies mode. I play on PC, while my friend is on Xbox Series X. Since the Title Update in October 2024, we have been unable to connect for matches despite cross-play being enabled for both of us. 

Please provide an update on ETA or how to fix
