DirectX function error

I'm running FC25 via Steam, but the game crashes immediately with DirectX Function Error.

Windows is fully updated
The graphics card driver is the latest version
All necessary software such as DirectX and... are fully installed
Also, overlay such as Discord, Steam and... are turned off
Full access to the game has been granted
And the game still crashes and gives an error when launched
What should I do???

and also I'm using RTX 4060 with intel i7 13700
