EA app unable to launch fc25 (loyalty version)

It has been 3 day since the game stopped working.  Initially I was stuck on the launch screen, then since yesterday,  they ask administrative privileges permission. Then they ask you to login(standard version) , on logging in ,they say there's an error saying the device is not connected to the internet.  I'm attaching the pictures.
