EA Help waste of time
Absolutely disgusted with EA help gone play fc 25 yesterday on ps5 pro logged in as usual soon as fc 25 loads up can’t connect to online server so clicked x for ok then takes me to add password for email address to log back on to online servers that’s fine only the email address is not the one linked to my ea account it’s somebody else’s so I contacted she’ll after going in circles finally got a advisor to help (so I thought) asked me all security questions and email addresses I’ve had with my ea account and they verified this, but then said I need open a new case so done what they said now a day later no way of speaking with advisor again says there’s help article click on it and it’s completely irrelevant so now got a game can’t play online with friends anymore and can’t get any help from ea as they absolutely useless any suggestions would be nice thanks
