Error at the end of games

After I finished rivals games twice, both winnings it took me out to main menu due to error of the servers, I checked the servers, all up and running. So EA, where is the issue? When you will fix this game? We payed money to play this game, so why you don’t want your customers to be happy?

This is getting frustrating as it happened couple of days ago and still you don’t have a fix. Is ridiculous  as is saying that I quit the game and got DNF.
