FC 25 Laliga FUT rewards

I faced a technical issue while playing Laliga FUT finals two weeks ago, there was an objective to complete a 15 games which gives you a 1/3 player pick. There was a technical issue from ea side that disconnected me from a game which made me not completing the 15 games. I submitted a case two weeks ago and ea closed it without a response or a solution! Apparently they are not listening to the community! Thus, I stopped playing this game until my rewards are GIVEN!

Dear EA Support, I am writing to express my frustration regarding an issue I encountered while playing FC25 Ultimate Team. I was participating in a FUT challenge that required 8 wins and playing 15 fut finals matches. I was very close to completing both objectives. In one particular match, I was winning and the game had just ended. However, before the screen showing the coin rewards appeared, I was disconnected from the servers and kicked out of Ultimate Team. When I tried to re-enter Ultimate Team, I received a message saying I couldn’t log in due to high server traffic. I attempted several times until I was finally able to access the game again As a result, the match was counted as a loss, and I lost the rewards I had earned. My internet connection was stable, and the disconnection was clearly from your servers, not from my side. This incident caused me to lose progress on two important challenges related to La Liga Team of the Season players. It was incredibly disappointing and has made me seriously consider quitting the game altogether due to server issues that are beyond my control. I kindly ask you to review this matter and consider compensating me with the two packs I lost due to your server problems. I have attached a video for the case!
