FC25 on PC don’t work.

Good evening, it's from today that when I start FC 25 on the PC (Steam) nothing works for me, it does the initial load and arrives at the hub, but in the hub I don't see any writing to access the various modes (career, UT etc.). During loading the game flashes with various colours, but I don't see any screen, only the loading triangle. I tried to check the integrity of the files and I notice that every time I'm missing 40mb of files, but after I download them and start it doesn't work anyway. I tried on 3 other PCs and I have the same problem, but if I use another Steam account with FC bought it works.
