FPS cap is not working after TITLE UPDATE 11
fps cap is not working in setup file and ingame settings after the TU11. the game overwrite the fps and force you to play with uncapped fps and that gives a huge input delay and stuttering... Dear EA...

Not only did they introduce a new bug, they did not solve the stuttering issue that still exists from TU5. I swear this must be a **bleep**ing joke.
