FPS cap is not working after TITLE UPDATE 11

fps cap is not working in setup file and ingame settings after the TU11. the game overwrite the fps and force you to play with uncapped fps and that gives a huge input delay and stuttering... Dear EA...
crashing
freezing
lag
launching
multiplayer
pc

I just wanted to say that we've passed this on to our team to look into. As soon as we have more information to share, we will let you know.

These performance issues also only popped up after Title Update 11 without the FPS cap?

    EA_Vendcera​ from update 6 !!!! we fixed by make the anti sheet files on read only but then u make it worse on update 11 !!!!!!
