FPS cap is not working after TITLE UPDATE 11
fps cap is not working in setup file and ingame settings after the TU11. the game overwrite the fps and force you to play with uncapped fps and that gives a huge input delay and stuttering... Dear EA...

These performance issues also only popped up after Title Update 11 without the FPS cap?
EA_Vendcera from update 6 !!!! we fixed by make the anti sheet files on read only but then u make it worse on update 11 !!!!!!
