FUT Champs Win DNF

Hi,

After being 5-4 in FUT Champs I took a break. 

With the goal of having 6 wins in total, I returned to the game in order to reach my goal. I had a good margin to do so, since I was only missing a win. After 4 games struggling with the usual BS, I won the fifth game 3-1, having been winning for quite some time before the end of the match. I was surprised when at the end of the game they gave me the message that EA was unable to return my "request" and kicked me back to the menus.

I went back into UT mode and got the DNF message, without my hard-earned victory, and still with a loss attributed. Of course I didn't have the spirit to play the last game as I normally would.

It's unacceptable that after so many years of this EA Sports still aren't able to track the result and avoid these situations, especially when there was time to do so. My rewards and record were clearly harmed by the game faults. I demand adequate in-game compensation.

It is not fair that I am being harmed in this way by an external condition that is your responsibility.

I am a FUT founder, I am used to these things in your games. But I have never been as frustrated as I am right now. The only satisfaction your game can provide me these days is opening packs in the menus.
