game doesn't open

When I start eafc25 a message appears saying that I am offline and that I need to connect my PC to the internet, I am obviously online and would like to know what is causing this, considering that I have already uninstalled and installed both the game and the ea app, and I also opened other games through the ea app and they ran normally, what could be happening?
