Getting disconnected out of ultimate team as soon as i leave a game or win

I have just started having this problem after i have played the new fantacy fc cup II as when i went to leave after the opponent scored i had been disconnected out of UT. I had no issues before with any game mode and played more than 20 games before this happened. I then tried to go to ea help and they said they cant do nothing as it isnt a connection error. I have tried to play on my second account and everything was fine but my account does not let me complete games and comes up with a message saying”the ea servers are unable to proceed your request at the current moment. Please try again later.” I have tried to get help from ea help but they said they cant do nothing and that only the game developers can fix this. I literally cant do any objectives or get any points for rivals. Please someone help my team is too valuable😭😭.
