Getting kicked from online lobbies due to roster updates

To start, I never encountered this issue on any EA game prior to this most recent FC25 update. I am on Xbox X, version 2.1.119.18738 of the game. After the update and server maintenance that took place early the week of 2-10, every time my friends and I tried to join a pro-clubs lobby, rush lobby, or UT lobby, we would all get kicked to the main menu with the message "New online roster updates are available, please re-enter the mode to update." We have all tried restarting the app, checking we are all on the latest update, resetting all squads, and downloading the latest squad updates. Any help would be great; I submitted a ticket through the EA app and got a ticket number but haven't gotten any response or fix from them yet (surprise, surprise!). Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance!

  • Yes, having the exact same issue for the past 5 days. EA just doesn't care about Clubs since it doesn't make them money. Can't seem to find a work around.

    Found a possible solution:

    1. open settings, go to edit teams, and download the latest rosters
    2. go to kick off game mode, wait for it to load the menu, then your rosters should be up to date
    3. go to clubs and test it out

    That's what worked for us, too bad EA doesn't have any support for this buggy game...
