Gold pack claim, Missing in-game content

Greetings,

I got gold pack from another pack, whenever I try to claim it game crashes "ea is unable to communicate with servers" or something like that.

I tried to restart game multiple times but the issue persists. 

Also i bought FC 25 Ultimate edition but i only got FC point.
