I have the same problem, ps5 platform, wireless connection, it won't let me log into Ultimate Team for 2 days

Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

Wired connection. Wireless does obviously not work either. I use a Xbox series s.
tried to reinstall the game once again today but still have the same problem. When I start the game and try to reconnect to the server the loading message doesn’t even appear. Straight to the ”you have lost your online connection” message.
Also tried to use my phone as a hotspot to connect my Xbox to another internet service but stil same problem there.
Ea fc is the only game on my device with this issue.- EA_Aljo5 days ago

Try clearing your console's local saved games with the instructions here under the heading for "Free up hard drive space".
Also, try deleting the personal saved data for FC 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the FC 25 tile
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it
