I can't finish a game

every match that I try to play champions or rivals, I play half the game and the message "unable to connect" appears, this error made me lose 5 champions matches where I was winning or drawing, this is a chronic problem that I've tried to do everything to solve it, I've changed internet, changed DNS, but nothing has been resolved, I'm just hurting myself with each match and I can't complete a game.
