Issues when playing online friendly on ea fc25

Hi EA Support,

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue in FC 25 where I lose connection when trying to play online against my friend. The error message states: “You lost your connection to your opponent. We’ll check the match report to see who won and who lost.”

Here’s what I’ve tried so far to fix it:

• Deleted and reinstalled the game.
• Deleted and redownloaded my squad profile multiple times.

Despite these steps, the issue persists. It specifically happens when we select certain teams, forcing us to use only a limited selection, which is frustrating and takes away from the experience.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a known fix for it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
