It takes a couple of minutes to render some UI contents in UT

I have FC25 on PC and I can't understand why the game takes couple of minutes to render the contents of the boxes that has the logo. This issue appears in more than one place in the game starting from Ultimate Team as shown in the screenshot. Even during a match as some banners are empty and only showing the logo. It appears something is blocking the game from fetching data but there's no issue with internet and firewall allows the game. I reinstalled the game and tried network reset but nothing works. I have FC24 as well but no issue there which is why I tend to think it's not network issue.
