Lost connection to ea server check your home network

It’s been 5 days with no solution i still cant play the game or log in 

since the game came out i press circle and put new email and get code and it didn’t save as the primary ea account and now when i do that it says lost connection to ea server check your home network in the same ps5 i logged in with my brother account and was fine why only my account!!!

EA help with this its been 5 days !!
