My ping has gone from 25-35 to 60-80 plus the last few days. I have contacted my ISP and they tested my speeds. My speed is not the issue. I have 100+ download, 10+ upload, and my ping is around 30. These speeds would be fine but when I matchmake its like I am connecting to the wrong server or something and my connection is bad.

Yes! EAFC 25 is the one I am having problems with. I do not have problems with other games I play.

Community ManagerThanks for the additional information. Is your Xbox connected via Ethernet cable or Wifi? In case it's connected via Wifi, I would suggest that you connect directly via Ethernet cable. Sometimes, there could be other devices in your home network that could be using your internet bandwidth, and a wired connection is always more reliable than wifi.
Yes it has always been connected via ethernet cable.
Also I'm gonna jump ahead with a few potential questions. Yes this is still a problem. I do not have this problem with any other game I play. It feels like I am connecting to the wrong sever or something. My internet is very good and I just got a new router in an attempt to solve the issue. I called my ISP and they also did testing. I have a very good connection to everything except EAFC 25.
