Menú lag, crashes, freezes

I don’t if anyone is experiencing but it’s really frustrating, everytime you want to perform an action in the menu of Ultimate team it freezes for 30 seconds to 2 minutes sometimes, actions like switching game modes, updating the store, switching items, claiming objectives, sending items  to the club, starting a game. 

I’ve deleted the game and have re-downloaded it and the same issue, I can’t navigate thru the menus more than a minute without it freezing.

what do I do?
