Players feeling slow?

Hello since the update when I run with my players defending mostly I notice that it’s a bit slow like something is holding the player back is my controller broken and making something stop the sprint if so what button would cancel out if I press the sprint button or is it becasue of the update they just feel like something is holding them back not slower but like stopping slightly help please!!??
