First, it's important that the FC26 Ultimate edition purchase was made with the same EA account that you own FC 25.
Once you checked that the payment went through and that you purchased the correct edition, all you need to do is wait.
Pre-order Rewards for FC 25 are not immediately accessible, they are delivered in the following days.
One thing to note is that if you have an EA Play Pro subscription, it will give you the Ultimate edition but won't give you this specific FC 25 bonus. It is only for pre orders.
