Pre Order Rewards Missing

Hello EA Support,
I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26 before August 26, 2025.
According to the official info, I should have received:

- A 93+ Icon Player Pick (in FC 25 UT)
- A 99 Shooting Evolution item (in FC 25 UT) However,

after logging into FC 25 Ultimate Team, playing matches, and restarting the game multiple times, I have not received any of these rewards.

As I said, EA Play Pro won't give you those specific pre order benefits as it's a preorder before a specific date benefit. (not a subscription benefit)

You will however get everything else that is included in Ultimate edition.

Before you do so, please check your purchase history and get a screenshot showing that it's the ultimate edition that you purchased.
