Problem After Selecting Game File

I have had this problem for a few weeks now, and it really sucks. I play in competitive leagues in Pro Clubs, such as VPG and other leagues, and I'm not able to play the game because the screen starts showing multiple random colours after I select my game file. then a really big text saying ''EA....'' pops up on the screen for a few seconds. after that the menu open but without the gamemodes on the left, just the menu's background. IDK why this is happening, and im pretty sure it has nothing to do with my PC graphics or whatever other component. I will try to send a video to show you what do I see, and please, help me out. I love to play this game I and can't be more time without playing because, as I said, I do play competitive Pro Clubs in the highest leagues.
