Squad File Doesn't Match. Unable to play Online Seasons.

Hi,

I have recently bought the game on Steam (PC) and I have been unsuccessful when it comes to playing Seasons Online.

It shows up with a message that the squad files don't match. There's no support from EA at all. I have tried the shabby fixes that were mentioned in the FAQs. Like, deleting the squad files and verifying downloaded files on Steam. But none of those ever worked.

I tried reinstalling the whole game after clearing out all related previous save files and cache and it still didn't help.

I am not being able to ask for a refund as well. This is my urgent request to look into the matter as early as possible. The customer service is s#it.
