Thanks for reporting this issue. Have you already tried deleting any corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™
or even Personal Settings 1 after launching the game? Does it happen in all game modes?

I deleted all possible corrupt file as guided by the attached website and personal settings 1 as well, but it has not fixed the issue. I have confirmed it not to work in seasons and co-op seasons which leads me to the assumption of all online gamemodes being bugged.
