This has been happening to me for weeks now, I have contacted support and ofc, no response. I am reaching out to the community because maybe other people are experiencing the problem. The game works fine except when I go into a game, I get to pick my jerseys and then I go in. It shows me the matchup and before going into it, completely freezes and then it says lost connection. I play on ps5 and I have a lan cable and really good wifi. This problem only happens to me when I’m at home and not at school. I know this isn’t a connection issue or a wifi issue as I have been actually been in games once every 100 tries. I don’t know if I’m IP banned or not I have checked numerous times. I would love some help Thanks

I don’t think it’s a WiFi issue it has to be a server or EA issue for certain people as my friends arnt having the same issue as me! It’s been happening since Tuesday for me and I don’t know what to do either, maybe have to delete my account and start a new team!?Any help would be great, thanks!

Hey!Unfortunately changing the stadium doesn’t work, reinstalling the game doesn’t work, resetting WiFi doesn’t work. Just played a game of Rush and it kicked me out of UT and sends me the below image:

What platform are you playing on? Also, can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

Game Freezes and kicks me out before I even get to play

I’m literally having the exact same issue, I’ve seen a couple people here saying the exact thing as well. I don’t think it’s a WiFi issue it has to be a server or EA issue for certain people as my friends arnt having the same issue as me! I’m using a ps5 and am using a wired connection (have also tried wireless), this isn’t a WiFi issue as it’s happening to many other people (please see other threads) this is a EA server issue or a recent update issue.
I’ve never had this problem before it’s only started in these last few days.

Hi,
Yes I’ve tried this. I’m sorry I really don’t want or waste your time here but I’ve done everything, this isn’t an issue my end this is a server issue or a EA issue - is there anything you can do your end instead of just suggesting small in game changes e.g (changing my stadium..).

As a test, try changing your connection to a mobile hotspot. Let's see if that connects.

Also, I assume you went through these power cycling steps?

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes

Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
