Why after the new patch i cant literally play the game, i already erased it twice and its still don’t work! I also erased the data of the game cause i saw a video the someone tried it and it work, i already updated my router wifi, please somebody help🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

I told them I saw someone say when on mobile hotspot it works fine but as soon as they connect to their virgin media problems begin, so looks like they know now its their side.
Please try Flush DNS: On your PS5, go to Settings -> Network -> Set Up Internet Connection -> Custom -> DNS Settings -> Manual. Enter Google's DNS servers: Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 and Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4.

EA told me the above. Have managed to get in but seems very slow still. Going to try and play a game.
I can get in sometimes but it will crash if you try to do an evo, access the store or sbcs. When I do get in a game, it will usually disconnect
I thought it had worked but still kicks me out. Speaking to PlayStation now
