Basically since about less than 48 hours ago I have not been able to play ultimate team with this error code popping up on screen. All of my other gamemodes are fine Clubs, Carrer etc. But with ultimate team it will not let me play.

image 2: if you do manage to get in it’s just and endless loop of loading then (image 3)
image 3: you get booted out again
I think I’ve summarized this for 90% of the people who are in the same boat. This has been happening for almost 36hrs now. I have contact Telstra and they have been in contact with me for most part of today via X to try find a work around (changing DNS etc) but conclusion is the issue is at you end EA_Pulsar. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

- Summary of the issue : “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will be now be returning to the Main Menu.” message is thrown when entering Ultimate Team
- Name of your ISP : Uniti Retail Pty Ltd
- Recent timestamp (date, time, time zone) : 30th March 2025, 17:52 AEDT, Melbourne, Australia
- A screenshot of the issue would also be helpful. : AttachedPlease make sure to restart your device and your home router before checking again. Have you also confirmed with your ISP for any local network issues?
- Performed all basic sanity and contacted ISP too. They claim there are no issues at their end. Also I have Static IP for gaming purpose, but still facing this issue.
