Re-login to the FC 25 Companion App or Web App to start managing your Club

Since the web app release I've been facing issue to log into my club, even playing the last season I'm stick with:

"It looks like your EA Account doesn’t have a Football Ultimate Team 25 Club. Before we keep going, make sure you’re logged in with the right account. In order to use the FC 25 Companion App or Web App, you will need to create an Ultimate Team 25 Club on your Console or PC."

I'm eligible to https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea-sports-fc/early-web-and-companion-app-start/#get-access

    @meirelxs 

    Were you playing on a different account by chance? If you're absolutely sure you played on this account, before August 1st, you're welcome to open a case with an advisor to see if they can verify this. Cases can be opened here.

    Hi there, @meirelxs 

    In most cases, this means you're logging in with the wrong account. You can find the right one by looking at the account settings screen in FC 24. Make sure you're using the same email to log in as you see here.

    Hey @EA_Aljo thanks for answering

    I'm using the current account for example, I can log into the 24 mobile app with my ea account, so it should work on the 25 too, shouldn't it?

    Did you log into your team on FC 24 before August 1st? That is also one of the requirements. All those details can be found here.

    @EA_Aljo I'm following these rules proposed on "How to get early access to the Web and Companion Apps" section, I've been playing FUT 24 since July at least

    Its not letting me sign in. I have played on my ps5 last year on fc24 WITH a different email and account. I changed everything when I get my pc but ion see that being and issue? I'm logging in with my new account and a new email. I been trying for couple days and it keep on saying the same thing lol. Anyone know wsp?

    Since you're playing on a new account, you'll need to earn that access again.
