Server problems/paid content

I'm having constantly problems with the servers. The game is very often unplayable. I paid money for this game and I can't play! I paid money and I want to play right now! I haven't seen something like this in the other games I have. It's really disappointing and I want a refund actually. Except this, in the game almost everything is paid. I can't use features inside the game without money. Next year I'm not gonna buy this game. Very bad company!
