What Do I Do

So recently my account got hacked and both my account email and password were changed but thankfully i managed to get it back, however when i launch fc25 and try to play any online mode i found out that my account has been banned from accessing any online mode i emailed EA support twice explaining to them my situation but they denied my appeal request twice and received the following response 

Hello,

We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.



After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed


Can Anyone Help me Please...

    Hello. Unfortunately, we can't help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. It sounds like you've submitted 2 disputes so far. You're welcome to submit another by following the instructions here.

    I just submitted another request, Is there anything else that i can do? It's really frustrating cause i've spent countless hours grinding in my UT and pro clubs also, i read in the EA page that people who get account bans are unable to access any online features for current and future titles.

    You'll need to wait for Terms of Service to respond. We cannot help with banned accounts over the EA Forums.

    so this is the response that i just received from EA

    Hello,

    We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

    Please do not expect further responses on this matter.
     


    Cause I've emailed them 3 times now and explaining every detail such as how my account was compromised and the exact dates and times when my EA account email and passwords were changed, but i still get the same response from them
    Is there anything else that i can do at this point?

    Unfortunately, the ban will need to remain in place if all 3 disputes have been used up.

    The account isn't wiped, but it can't be used in the case of receiving a ban for violating the Terms of Service.
