A whole load of random suggestions

In no particular order and by no means is it comprehensive:

Rush: allow players who are 'rubber-banding' to be reported. Actually, update the entire reporting tool, ie make it up-front and quick to use. 

Update the search function in the entire game.

Stop making 'wins' an objective in Friendlies. The very definition of a friendly is that the win, loss or draw is irrelevant, as it's a non-competitive match. 

Sort out the Season Pass glitch.

Sort out the 'one goal' glitch on the PS.

Start making use of the 'News' tab in the main menu. For example, I am presuming that you have a maintenance schedule - upload it and then every week, 24 hours before it's due to happen, remind all users that maintenance will be happening the day after between X and Y hours. 

Improve your communication, both in game (descriptions about objectives, etc are often vague) and on this forum. 

Stop allowing goalkeepers to pick-up back passes, eg it's possible for a defender to intercept the ball, dribble it to their keeper, who will duly pick it up. 

Stop allowing defending players to encroach within 10 yards as a set-piece is being taken, eg at corners, it's possible for a defender to be about five yards from the ball as it's kicked. 

And the one that will be hugely unpopular - stop allowing people to have multiple accounts.
