Career mode suggestions

Should add more transfer options such as paying in installments over a few season, buyback clauses and also be able to ask/give a transfer fee both ways during a player swap. If a team comes in for my 70 rated player and I want one of their 80 rated players, I want to be able to offer them the player they want plus a fee for their player rather than rejecting them and going for their player and offering the one they wanted originally, because most of the time they have goldfish memory and don't want him anymore. Another thing that should be added is a several older kits from each team, and each new in game season change the kits like they would in real life. Also team sponsors. This was a thing back in fifa 08 so why can't it be in the newer games. The sponsor doesn't have to be on the kit but it's just another thing to keep the mode alive. 

On player career, the managers opinion on my pro shouldn't be decided on whether I can score a goal or get 30% dribble success rate. It should be on my overall performance. If I don't score then my favour goes down and it's a terrible system.
