Could we have more customization options for offline play?

Long time career mode guy here,

I'd like to start this off by saying that I believe the gameplay of this iteration is absolutely awesome.  No other sports game comes close to replicating the atmosphere of grounds.  The gameplay itself is fluid, dynamic and responsive.  I'm 31 years old and I've been playing this game since FIFA 2002 and I think I've have probably put more hours into career mode than almost anyone over the years 😂.

The only thing i'd like is more choice of customization of players.  If you look at a franchise like 2K's NBA games, one of the things they do really well is the in-depth customization of current players and creating your own. Whether that be their dribbling styles, shot styles.  You can edit their traits, their emotional outburst proclivity. You can even edit their date of birth and their height etc.  I'm not requesting that sort of depth to customization, but it would be nice to be able to edit players skill traits, age, height etc.  I also would like to see the 4 star skill move cap on created players removed as well.  I also think we should be able to give any player 5 star skills if we would like.  

I think that if you give more customization for offline players, you would be massively improving this franchise.
