Ea customer service not helping

Hi, does anybody have problem with EA not giving help to your problem?

I've been trying to get help for 2 days because of my wrongly placed ban to transfer market for couple of days.

All I need is a person, not a bot to answer to my questions. Please EA help me?

If someone has the same problem how did you manage it?

Hi there. Advisors aren't available to discuss bans. What you need to do is submit a dispute so that ToS can investigate the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for that are in this article. Thanks!
