Icons and Heroes in Career mode

Just want to start off by saying I’ve really enjoyed unlocking and using all the Icons and Heroes from the season passes and using them in manager career mode. I’m not really into FUT so I normally don’t play the newer releases until they get added to Xbox game pass. This new feature made me buy the game at release and I’ve enjoyed that decision. 

The only issue I have is there are a couple players that I unlocked from previous seasons that still are not available to use. Wayne Rooney, Gullit and Matthaus to be specific. Season 3 and Season 4 must have had some type of issue with unlocking them because I have seen multiple reports of this issue. We have now gone a couple seasons and still not update.
