LAGGING/FPS DROP ISSUE ON NVIDIA GTX 1650
CPU: Ryzen 5 460OH
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4GB VRAM)
RAM: 16GB - DDR4 3200MHZ
Storage: SSD
OS: Windows 11
Issue Description:
I am experiencing consistent, severe performance issues in EA SPORTS FC 26. While the game menus and lobby run smoothly, the frame rate drops significantly—often to 5–17 FPS—as soon as a match begins. This behavior occurs across all game modes, including Kick Off, Career Mode, and Ultimate Team. During these drops, my GPU utilization hits 100%, suggesting a potential rendering or optimization bug affecting GTX 16-series GPUs.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken (Already Attempted):
Updated to the latest NVIDIA Game Ready Drivers (and performed clean installations).
Verified game files through [Steam/Epic Games]
Tested various in-game graphics settings (Low, Medium, Off).
DisablEd all overlays and background applications.
Cleared the DirectX Shader Cache and reset game settings.
Additional Context:
Other games run perfectly on this system; this performance degradation is unique to EA SPORTS FC 26. It feels like the game is not respecting the chosen graphics settings during match rendering.
Request:
Could you please investigate this optimization issue for GTX 1650 users? I am happy to provide a DxDiag report if needed for further troubleshooting.
