Turn down shooting and passing assistance

Players shooting with ease around defenders and goalkeepers is so easy its as if aiming is not even necessary when players with high shooting attributes shoots the ball.  Accuracy is too high as if amateurs can pass like professionals.  This much assistance in the game takes away from accuracy in the representation of the game by creating so many goals per game it starts to resemble basketball scores.
