why do you make players that are 85 OVR play even better than my 91 OVR players?

Its almost every game im in now where the whole team will consist of 85 OVR gold players (other than the GK why is a TOTY or other really good card) and even though i will have quickstep and 94 PAC his players with 75 speed will outrun me WITH THE BALL, they have no right playing like how they do. and if its a issue with balancing then make better skill based matchmaking!! there is no reason someones team should be made better just because mine is higher OVR than theirs, if you have bad players they should stay bad players.
