wrongful coin wipe

For a long time people have been saying this part of the game is a failure, but I kept defending it and tried to simply enjoy the experience. Now I’ve received a full FUT coin wipe for “Coin Distribution” despite never buying or selling coins or transferring them between accounts. I only trade and invest using normal Transfer Market mechanics.

There are already many problems in the game, and I’m not even getting into gameplay issues (especially in the evenings) or the server ping/connection quality. Wrongful coin wipes are the final straw for long-time players.

If enforcement is automated, it needs better accuracy and transparency: show the time window and transaction pattern that triggered the wipe, and provide a reliable manual review process that restores coins when a mistake is made.
