I don't have the notification in my 'News' regarding the upcoming 20,000 Instant AXP, whereas my friends do (image taken by a friend). Similarly, I never received the 35 game AXP boost.
Are these promos bugged, or are these promos are targeted so not all players get them? I don't know why the latter would be the case though, as it isn't fair to arbitrarily reward certain players.
I think as it says in the attached photo, log in starting April 6th, so he is good, just need to wait couple of days
Community ManagerHey DiehardSatsuma many of these offers are only available when an account meets certain criteria. Know it can be frustrating but in a lot of cases, these are to help lower-level clubs move up a bit.
I believe that there is a Clubs level cap in play, where if you are above a certain level, you do not qualify for the boost.
Can I ask, what level your Club is at? It can simply be the case that your Club level is so high that it is not eligible for the promo.
