It sounds like our live support team has forwarded your case to our terms of service team, who'll be able to look into this for you. Just be careful to not resume the case (I notice that it says "Updated by customer" as its status, so it might be a little too late), as that will pull it out of the queue and you'll have to wait longer for them to get to you.
