Beta Code Replacement Needed

To EA Support,

I received a code for EA SPORTS FC 26's closed beta and redeemed it on the wrong Steam account, which (I believe) locks me out from actually testing the game once I reach the main menu, leaving me only with the FC News button. I then proceeded to request a new code, get one, and redeemed it on the wrong Steam account again, because of a misunderstanding I had around the account linking system from EA to Steam, which was a very convoluted and confusing mess. 

My main concern is if I could possibly get a third code and redeem it, but I'd understand if that wouldn't work out. If I redeemed the code correctly the first time, the game modes I would've been able to access are "Career Mode, Kick-Off, Learn to Play, Online Seasons, Co-op Seasons and Online Friendlies.", according to the email from EA Playtesting.

I would deeply appreciate if my request was considered and if I could be granted a third code, but as I said before, I would understand if that wouldn't be possible due to people abusing the codes and whatnot. I've already had a nice chat with support, and they guided me here.

modricoverkroos (EA Account) and modric goat midfielder (Steam) - IMPORTANT NOTE: it may say that this account has access to FC26 on Steam, but it does not. The "modric" steam account is connected to a steam family, which has the account I accidentally redeemed the code on within it. The "modric" account does not have access to FC26 at all and I cannot launch the game from that account. When I launch the game from the wrong account, I'm basically soft-locked in the main menu since I'm not on the correct EA/Steam account that actually has access to the game. If anymore information is needed, I am very glad to give it since I'm very excited to test this game. Thanks for reading.
