Career mode improvements

Question

So, I as many others only play player and manager career modes and I'm sick of seeing the same old base game with a few odd tweaks, a lot of which do not improve the immersion or engagement you feel when playing the game. I feel we all have so many brilliant ideas so we should start a discussion where everyone just comments their ideas of what EA should put into Player and Manager career to make them more immersive and will help keep players engaged. If we get plenty of engagement with the discussion then EA should be sure to see it.

I'll start with a few simple improvements I'd like to see.

Manager Career -

When loaning a player out we should be able to agree with the loaning club how many games the player needs to play throughout the loan period.

Add sponsors to work towards.

Player Career -

Start as a youth player, progressing through the ranks to the first team, star player, captain etc so we have something to work towards.

Be able to request a loan move again.

Yes hope this is sorted can't stand the way they changed the player career especially can't ask to be transferred or loaned out getting more unrealistic going in the wrong direction&nbsp;

It tells it all, when the same buggy conversation animation is still on the game in EAFC 25, where the talkers are reversed animation vs talker.

Will there be any new features in the player career mode? Because in the previous game, not even the entrance scenes were included. There was no option to change clubs mid-season, something that happens in real life but not in the game. It's a mode that EA has neglected and neglected, even though it's played by so many users. This year, I'd like to at least have the ability to see my player enter the field. It seems absurd, but this would be an improvement to the mode. It should be mandatory, but unfortunately, there's no consideration for users whatsoever.

Yes I GENUINELY agree with this I don’t play Manager Career but player career needs to actually feel like a career.. like it’s nice that we get to buy things and have tattoos but it’s way more y’all can do to make it more engaging.. like we should at this point be responding to press conferences, having main character cutscenes other than awards and ALSO please let out created player hold the Champinoships&nbsp;
