Career Mode Pre-Season/Youth Academy

As a player who tries to play the game as realistically as possible, i believe during summer friendlies the squad roster-substitutes should be bigger, as EA recently made it possible to use all the subs during friendlies it would be better to have bigger bench. Connected to this subject is the youth academy. We should be able to promote and demote youth players. (just like FM). Exapmle: i want to use 4 youngsters for a friendly match. I dont need them in the first team permanently tho.. Its more practical if we are able to handle promotes/demotes of our squad!!
