Competitive Gameplay is a lie

I really looked forward to this years game after competitive gameplay got announced. Saddly this isn't used in Ultimate Team as my players play very inconsistent which shouldn't be the case. In a competitive mode i expect the game to be very boring as the same outcome should happen over and over and over and over again from the same action. 

saddly instead of this we still have the rng bs dice rolling in the background to delay everything gameplay where my players sometimes hit the target doing the same thing and the next time it get's saved or they miss. Therefore the gameplay isn't competitve as the competition is manipulated by the luck factor of the stat rolls. This system belongs to a rpg but not to a sportsimulation game and changing this would make you produce a good game again :/ this is why i would rather play fifa 14 instead of the new one in career mode as it was actually a mather of your input instead of 50%skill /50% luck which just has no place in a COMPETITIVE GAMEPLAY MODE.
