I won’t to resort to attacking your skill level. But what I will say is the dribbling is fine, just not as unbalanced and overpowered as it was before. I am still able to score goals and dribble my way through 2 - 3 defenders by using skill moves and the left stick, you really need to just get better at the game mate.
And what about Ai defense? You have no issues with it? They basically nerfed R1 and buffed defense. And you calling this balanced? Don't get me wrong I am scoring goals but the pace of the game is not right at all rn. Its slow and sluggish. Competitive gameplay are supposed to be fast. Not like single player mode.
I can still get round the AI defence but it is just not as easy as it was before. Honestly, pre patch, if my 89 Mariona ever got the ball anywhere near the penalty box. 7 times out of 10 I could dribble past that whole defence and score, yes, it was fun but I really was not feeling satisfied scoring like that all the time, the novelty wore off and it became boring. I can still be lethal with her, but I have to time the dribbles a lot better. It is not as easy as before, but I feel more satisfied when I do it now.
I don’t understand. You said you could dribble past “park the bus” tactics and the gameplay was fun, so what’s the problem here? Why would it be boring if you could just dribble past anyone who charges at you without defending properly? So you think it’s more enjoyable to make 100 passes including back passes outside the box and in midfield just to get inside the box, instead of using skill moves, dribbling, and passing to create chances? I’m so confused, bro.
It was too easy and made me lazy. I could score too easily, Maradona style goals anytime I felt like doing it. Further down the line, when the cards and stats were stronger, the game would have been completely broken and basically a basketball game as I would have been able to do this with my eyes closed.
